As probably millions of people, I received the latest mailing from Apple announcing the new 27″ iMac.

When I was looking at the picture of the iMac they put in the newsletter, the wallpaper used on it’s screen looked somehow familiar to me.

After checking my iPhoto library, I found it: it’s one of the images from the APOD stream (“Astronomy Picture of the Day” by NASA), which I follow on a daily basis.

(Actually it seems to be a quite famous image which was taken from ISS, the International Space Station)
